  • Reshipping an order - Emailed grouporderteammd@undergroundshirts.com with all of the order information. If this is a Return To Sender (RTS) order, make sure to follow up with the customer to get an updated address. Use the Return To Sender - Acknowledgement canned response.
  • Fulfilling an order with extras - Reference this procedure. If you need more information, email grouporderteammd@undergroundshirts.com
  • Need POGO Admin Order Updated - When making a last-minute update to a POGO form, we may also need to update the POGO job in the admin system. Reach out to pogosetupquestions@ for help with this. They can add/remove garments to admin jobs, update personalization, etc.
  • Add On a Last-Minute POGO Order After Form Has Closed - You'll need the POGO admin's help with this. Email them and ask them to set up a clone order for the customer that needs a last-minute addition. The customer will be billed through that order. 
  • Extend POGO Duration - Email pogosetupquestions@. Jeremy can help extend that.
  • POGO Imports. Tag Jeremy in any POGO imports. He will get those into the system. 
  • POGO Shipping Costs & Questions. Any shipping questions from admins about cost, timelines, free shipping, etc. should be sent to Jeremy. 
  • Need POGO order receipts. Email webstores or tag Emily. These can be pulled from the backend of Shopify.
