• POGO/Flexship Returns Spreadsheet - This tracker helps us keep track of any POGO orders that are turned to Metty Drive. The team at MD will add new packages to this tracker as they come in. The POGO team then needs to reach out to customers to confirm their address or possibly get an updated address so we can reship the package. Jeremy Kusher (jkushner@undergroundshirts.com) and First Shift POGO team (firstshiftpogo@undergroundshirts.com) have access to this tracker and will update it. 
• POGO Free Shipping / Discount Form Tracker - This tracker serves several purposes but, the last tab, POGO Orders Waiting For Stock, is the tab the POGO team updates. This is where we keep track of all of the POGO forms that have stock issues, their current status, any communication with customers, and the deadline to get a POGO updated. 
• POGO $EPs Fulfilled With Extra Garments - Some POGO $EPs can be fulfilled with extras left over from a POGO sort. We keep track of those in this tracker. To learn more about how to fulfill a POGO replacement with extra garments, click here.
