How to Place a POGO $EP

An $EP order is a replacement order. There are two types of POGO $EPs:
- We have leftover garments from the POGO and can use one as a replacement
- We don’t have leftover garments from the POGO and will need to reprint garments
Determine which type of $EP order you need to place:
- Start by looking up the POGO in the POGO Admin System.
- Once you open the POGO, search for the original pogo's number. Doing so will bring up the original POGO and any replacement forms that have been placed. From there, open the original POGO and navigate to the UGP Orders Tab. This tab will list $EPs that have already been placed. It also has a View/Add Note button (which is red if there’s already a note there).
- If there’s already a note on the POGO, click the View/Add Note button. That will contain information about any leftover garments from your POGO and will also list any updates or changes that were made while the POGO was in process. That could include garment changes, stock issues, address updates, etc.
- If there isn’t a note on the POGO, then there are no extra garments for us to potentially use.
Placing an $EP Without Leftover Garments
- If you don’t have any leftover garments to pull from, we need to put in a replacement form. If you don't have access to that function, email pogosetupquestions@undergroundshirts.com asking for them to put in an $EP.

Placing an $EP With Leftover Garments
- Any leftover garments from the POGO will be listed in the notes on the original POGO form. (NOTE: we usually only keep extras for a few months). If we can use one to fulfill a replacement order we need to email ordergroupteammd@undergroundshirts.com. Send them the customer's name, address, order number, and the item that needs to be pulled from our POGO extras.
- Next, add a note on the order in ShipStation(u: pogo@undergroundshirts.com p: ugpPogoMetty)
- Search for the order by number or the customer’s name. Add an internal note that includes the original order number and requests that the order is filled with POGO extras.
- If the order is only one item, select the order by clicking the checkbox to the left and then selecting Restore in ShipStation.
- If the order has several items and only needs one replaced, select the order by clicking the checkbox to the left and then clicking Other Action >> Split Order.
- Next, select which items need to be separated out. This will create a new order with an order number that as a “-1” on the end.
- It may take several minutes for this new order to appear in ShipStation. Once it does, select it and click Restore.
- Add a tag in ShipStation “Reship Needed” (lime green). That will notify shipping that it needs to go out and that there is an extra item to fulfill this order.
- Add the affected order details to this POGO team tracker.
Placing an $EP For Out of Stock Garments
As of 11/02/21, we are not offering garment changes for out of stock garments. These are our choices:
- Cancel and refund any OOS garments. Notify customers of why they're being canceled.
- Get the organizer's approval to change the OOS garment to a similar item. The admin will be responsible for the communication with the organizer. Once we know what the change will be, they'll email pogosetupquestions@undergroundshirts.com. From there, the team will update the admin order and notify customers of the change using the Garment Change/Replacement - Notify Customers canned response.
